View & Edit your Jeeves Card PIN

If you've forgotten your Jeeves card PIN or want to update it, you can easily do so by accessing your account through the web platform. Please note, this feature is not available in the app at this time

Follow the steps below to view or change your PIN.

View Your PIN

  1. Log in to your account via the web platform
  2. On the right-hand side of the dashboard, locate the section displaying your cards
  3. Select the card you want to manage 
  4. Click View PIN
  5. Authenticate yourself to view the PIN

Edit Your PIN

  1. Log in to your account on the web platform
  2. Find your cards on the dashboard
  3. Ensure you know your current PIN, as it will be required to make changes
  4. Select the card you want to manage and click on More Actions
  5. Choose Change PIN, then enter and confirm your new PIN twice
  6. After updating, you can view the new PIN by selecting View PIN and authenticating again

During your next in-person transaction, use your old PIN. This will update the card's system. Afterwards, your new PIN will be active for all future transactions.

Additional Information

  • Please note that you cannot view or change your card PIN directly from the mobile app at this time.
  • For instructions on how to authenticate yourself using the app, refer to this guide!
  • Please note that this does not apply to US cards as they do not require a PIN
