Stay Alert: Protect Your Account from Security Threats

Your security is our priority. Please review the following recommendations to keep your account safe from fraud or phishing attempts.

General Safety Tips

Only log in through the official website. If you’re unsure of the correct URL, contact our support team via the chat on the official website.

Always double-check the browser address. Fraudulent sites often mimic official domains by swapping letters or adding characters.

Never click on suspicious links or download files sent by unknown sources. We will never ask you to do this.

Do not share personal information (such as your username, password, PIN, card details, or verification codes) unless you’ve verified the authenticity of the request.

We will never ask for sensitive information unexpectedly or from unverified contacts.

Be wary of unexpected calls or messages requesting sensitive information, and report any suspicious activity immediately.

Always log out of your account after using a shared or public device.

We will not ask you to call unfamiliar phone numbers. Any phone contact from us will be scheduled and confirmed in advance.

If You Believe Your Account Has Been Compromised
