This is a quick overview of the Integrations we support, their functionality, and where to find them.
Connect your accounting software
To connect your accounting software with Jeeves, head to the Integrations section of our settings, and select the accounting software that you want to connect between QuickBooks, Xero, and NetSuite.
Once connected, select the Jeeves Cash accounts that you would like to sync with your accounting software. This will give you two options: Connect Bank Feed and Connect Expenses. Selecting these will enable that functionality for that bank account.
We recommend that you connect all of your available bank accounts for the most automated reconciliation experience possible.
Integrate Quickbooks
QuickBooks: Connect
After selecting QuickBooks from the ERP selection, you will be redirected to their Inuit login screen.
Use your QuickBooks credentials to complete the login. If you have more than one QuickBooks company, you will be asked to select which company you would like to connect to, otherwise, it will connect automatically.
Once connected, this is how the integration screen will look like:
You can now select the Jeeves Cash currency account you want to connect to QuickBooks for usage and reconciliation. Upon enabling Expense Sync for an account, you will be presented with two options for how you’d like to connect and reconcile that account.
⇾ You can connect that account to an existing GL account in your ERP to reconcile to, recommended if you’ve already created a Jeeves GL account before connecting or if you are reconnecting the account, or
⇾ You can create a new GL account to reconcile against. If you choose to create a new GL account, you will be prompted to provide a name and GL number for the account.
Please note that at the moment, only the Expense Sync option is available for QuickBooks.
