Manage your Cards from your App

Easily manage your card details through our app. Follow the simple steps below to view, edit, and secure your cards effectively.

Access your card panel

There are two ways to view your card details:

  1. Swipe Left: Swipe to the left to enter your card view
  2. Cards Button: Click on the "Cards" button located at the top-right side of the screen

Once you are in the card view, you will have access to the following features:

  • See a list of all your cards
  • Search for cards by card name or number
  • View your card allowance (according to your card spend limit)
  • View the status of your card (e.g., frozen or active)

After selecting a specific card, you will now be able to review:

  • Available balance (according to your card spend limit)
  • Number of transactions made with the selected card in the past 30 days (filter to up to the last 90 days)
  • Any transactions missing a receipt

Additionally, you can also:

  • Edit the card name for all cards, physical and virtual
  • Delete all cards, physical and virtual
  • Order a card replacement for your physical card

If you reside in Canada or the US, you can add your card to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay for easy access.

 

View your virtual Card Details

You can now review your virtual card details directly from within the App:

  • Select the virtual card from the list
  • Click on “Show Details” to view in-depth information
  • Copy and paste these details when making online transactions for an effortless experience.

Please note that you cannot view the details of your physical card in the app yet.

Freeze Your Card

You can now secure your card details effortlessly through the app. If you notice any suspicious transactions, you can quickly freeze your card directly from the mobile app. You can also unfreeze it just as easily. A frozen card will be clearly indicated in your card view.

Please note, if someone else in your organization, such as an admin, freezes your card, a banner will notify you, and you will not be able to unfreeze it yourself.
