Adding your Jeeves cards to your digital wallets (US & Canada)

Please note, that this feature is currently only available for the US and Canada

Big news for our customers in the US and Canada! We're thrilled to announce that Jeeves cards are now fully compatible with Apple Wallet for iPhone users and Google Pay for Android users.

Below, is a small guide on how to add your Jeeves cards to the most popular digital wallet platforms.

iPhone Users

For iPhone users, the Apple Wallet app comes pre-installed on your device. If you don't have it, you can download it for free from the App Store:

  • Go to the App Store.
  • Search for “Apple Wallet.”
  • Tap the download icon next to the app to install it on your device.

Please note that currently, we only allow manual provisioning. This means you will need to enter your card details directly into the app. Taking a picture of the card is not supported at this time.

Manually add your Jeeves card to your Wallet

  1. Open the Apple Wallet app on your iPhone and tap on the “+” (plus) icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Select “Debit or Credit Card” and press “Continue”.
  3. The App will prompt you to capture a picture of your card, select “Enter Card Details Manually” instead.
  4. Follow the prompts to enter your Jeeves card details manually, including the card number, expiration date, and security code. Once you've entered the information, tap “Next” to proceed.
  5. Follow any additional verification steps required by your bank or card issuer to complete the process.

Android Users

For Android users, the Google Pay app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. If you don't have it, follow these steps to get it on your device:

  • Open the Google Play Store app.
  • Search for “Google Pay.”
  • Tap the install button next to the app to download and install it on your device.

Manually add your Jeeves card to Google Pay

  1. Open the Google Pay app on your Android device and tap on “New credit or debit card”.
  2. Select ”Payment Card”.
  3. Follow the prompts to manually enter your Jeeves card details, including the card number, expiration date, and security code. Once entered, tap “Save” or “Add Card” to proceed.
  4. Follow any additional verification steps required by your bank or card issuer to complete the process.

Transaction Limit

To prioritize security and user protection, transactions using Jeeves cards through digital wallets are capped at a maximum of $1000. This limit has been designed to safeguard our customers, however, it can be increased upon request.
