Uploading and downloading your receipt

This guide will assist you in both uploading and downloading transaction receipts on our platform.

Uploading Your Receipts

To upload a receipt:

  1. Log in to your account and go to the Transaction tab
  2. Use the filters on the left to locate the specific transaction
  3. Once you find the transaction, click on it to open a side panel with the details
  4. Select Click here to upload or drag or drop to upload the receipt file

You can leave a note to explain the transaction, and if you don’t have a receipt, you can select a reason for the missing receipt.
⇾ If you are using the Jeeves App, you have the option to directly take a photo of the receipt.

Downloading Your Receipts

To download and export your transactions, log into your account and navigate to the Transactions tab.
Here, you can adjust filters on the left and select the option to export your transaction data. Once you click on Export transactions, a link to your export will arrive in your inbox within 10 minutes.

Once opened, you'll find receipt links in the Attachment column on the right.
