Downloading your Jeeves Cash statement

To review and download your Jeeves Cash statements, log in to your account and locate your prepaid accounts. Next to them, you will see the option View Statements.
Currently, it is only possible to download statements in PDF format.

Reconcile your account statement with your transactions file

Keep these factors in mind for accurate reconciliation:

1. Time Zone Differences:

Platform filters use the customer's local time, while CSV/Excel exports and PDF statements use UTC time. This may cause some transactions to fall outside the selected date range.

✅ Solution: Extend your date range a few days before and after the period. Example: if you need June, filter from May 27 to July 3.

2. Transaction Date:

The export file includes all transactions (pending and completed) based on their creation date — meaning when the transaction was initiated, not when it was processed.

✅ Solution: Remove transactions with Pending status from your file and filter by Posted Date to show only transactions processed within the desired period.

3. Settled Transactions:

The PDF statement only includes completed (posted) transactions. If you filter from June 1 to June 30, transactions created in May but processed in June will not appear.

✅ Solution: Make sure your export file includes transactions created during the relevant period, as suggested above, then filter by posted date to reconcile accurately.

4. Currency

If your company operates in more than one currency, this may cause differences when comparing.

✅ Solution: In your export file, filter the currency column to show only transactions in the currency used for your monthly statement.
