To create Jeeves cards for your team or send payments to your vendors, you’ll need to first set up and fund your Jeeves Cash account. Once your Cash account is opened, you and your team will have instant access to transacting in multiple currencies.
Please note that only primary account owners or directors can apply for Jeeves Cash. This is because we need a Legal Representative to consent to the terms and conditions which are part of the application process.
Here is how to get started:
Step 1: Navigate to your Jeeves Cash page
Log in to your Jeeves account and navigate to your Jeeves Cash page, located in your main navigation menu.
Step 2: Open your Jeeves Cash application
On your Jeeves Cash page, you'll see all of the currencies available for your Cash account. Click on any of the available Open Now buttons to open your Cash account application. It is not important which currency you apply for - all will lead to the same application and all currencies will become available once your Cash account is opened!
Once your application has been started, you will notice the remaining currency accounts will be disabled as they all depend on the application you just opened.
Step 3: Submit your Jeeves Cash application
As a requirement, we will ask you to complete a standard KYC/B application. Once submitted, your Cash account application should be approved and available to be funded within several days. Here is what we will be asking you:

We may request additional information for owners, such as residential addresses and national ID numbers. If required, you will need to click the “Edit” icon for a pre-filled owner to provide the necessary information.
- You have the option to skip this step by selecting “I confirm that no individuals own more than 25% of the company”. However, for Canadian entities, at least one owner (regardless of ownership percentage) is required.
- In this step, you will also need to state which identification document (passport or identity card) you will upload for the given owner. This information will be required in the “Upload Your Documents” step.
Verify Primary Account Owner (PAO)

In this section, you will find a list of questions required by our prepaid vendor. Please provide accurate answers to these questions.
The “expected transaction volume” question can be an estimation based on your business projections.
Upload any required documents
Before proceeding with your application, you will need to upload all the requested documents. When uploading your documents, please ensure that:
- All identification documents are in JPG or PNG and are not photocopies.
- The uploaded documents should be in colour and fully visible within the borders of the image.
Review and submit your application
Please review all the provided information for accuracy. After completing the application process, you will be redirected back to the Jeeves Cash page. Please note that all currencies will appear in a disabled state until approved.

Once your Jeeves Cash application is approved, you can add funds for your primary currency and any additional currency provided by clicking on “Add Funds”. If your application was not approved, you will receive an email notification informing you of your application status and next steps.
