We are delighted to announce the launch of our revamped Jeeves mobile app, designed to offer Jeeves cardholders a hassle-free and streamlined experience in managing their receipts and transactions while on the go.

Admins and Managers

Admins and managers can now effortlessly oversee their team's transactions, upload receipts, and add relevant memos.

Employees

Employees will only have access to their own transactions through the mobile app. Similar to the functionality available to admins and managers, employees can conveniently view and track their expenses within a user-friendly interface.

How to set up your App

Follow these simple steps to set up your account and unlock the full potential of our app:

  1. Download the app from the Google Play Store or the App Store based on your device's operating system.

  2. Once the app is installed, provide the email address associated with your Jeeves account. We will send a verification code to this email for confirming your account.

  3. After confirming your account, proceed to enter your password to securely access your Jeeves profile.
  4. To ensure a quick and convenient login process in the future, define a personal identification number (PIN) that will serve as your login code for the app.
  5. For added convenience and security, you have the option to enable biometric login, allowing you to effortlessly access the app using your device's biometric authentication features.

Accessing the Mobile App after Login

Once you have successfully set up the Jeeves mobile app, simply choose one of the following methods:

  1. Enter your PIN: Upon launching the app, enter the PIN you defined during the initial login process. This will swiftly grant you access to your Jeeves account.

  2. Biometrics: If your phone supports biometric authentication, such as fingerprint or face recognition, you can use these features to log in to the app effortlessly. Simply follow the prompts on your device to authenticate and gain access to your account.

Forgot Your PIN?

In the event that you forget your PIN, there's no need to worry. Our support team is here to assist you. Please reach out to our support team, and they will gladly reset your PIN on your behalf, allowing you to regain access to the app.

Viewing Card Details on Mobile

Currently, the Jeeves mobile app does not support the feature to view card details. However, we understand the importance of this functionality, and it is one of the areas we are actively working on. Stay tuned for future updates as we strive to enhance your experience with our app.

Jeeves Card Compatibility with Google and Apple Pay

At present, the Jeeves card is not compatible with Google Pay or Apple Pay. However, we acknowledge that this is a top request feature by our users. We are exploring the possibilities and actively working towards integrating these popular payment methods in the near future.

Switching Between Jeeves Accounts on Mobile

Currently, the Jeeves mobile app only supports one account at a time. If you wish to switch between multiple Jeeves accounts, you will need to log out of the app and then log back in with the credentials of the desired account. We understand that this may cause inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding as we continue to enhance our app's functionality to provide a more seamless multi-account experience in the future.
