I can't see the funds I deposited in my Jeeves Cash account. What should I do?

If you are unable to see the funds you deposited in your Jeeves Cash account, we apologise for the inconvenience. In this guide, we will explain the steps you can take to resolve the issue and provide common reasons for delayed deposits. By following these steps and providing us with the necessary information, we will do our best to locate your deposit and credit it to your Jeeves Cash account as soon as possible.

What to do if your deposit is missing:

If your incoming deposit hasn't arrived within three days, please contact our support team at nam_support@tryjeeves.com (for US & Canadian customers) or eu-support@tryjeeves.com (for EU & UK customers). In your message, kindly include the following information to assist us in locating your deposit:

  1. The date the deposit was sent.
  2. The Jeeves Cash account it was sent to.

Possible reasons for delayed deposits:

We understand the frustration that comes with waiting for an incoming deposit. While we don't have direct visibility into the deposit until it reaches our banking partners, here are some common reasons why your deposit might be taking longer than expected:

  1. Hours of Operation: Not all banks operate 24/7, and delays can occur due to bank closures during weekends or public/national holidays. If the deposit was sent close to the cut-off time for dispatch/receiving, it may take an additional business day to process.

  2. SWIFT Routing: Deposits sent via SWIFT transfer sometimes take longer if they pass through multiple intermediary banks. To expedite this process, provide our customer support team with an MT103 for incoming SWIFT deposits.

  3. Potential Mistakes: A mistake in the recipient's banking details or capabilities can cause a delay in the incoming deposit. In such cases, the deposit may be returned to the sender. To avoid issues, please verify the supported currencies and transfer methods for your Jeeves Cash Account details on the Dashboard.

Direct Debit Deposits (Coming Soon):

In the near future, Jeeves will introduce Direct Debit deposits, which will provide a convenient way for you to add funds to your Jeeves Cash account by linking your external bank accounts to Jeeves. This feature allows you to easily transfer money from your other bank accounts directly into your Jeeves Cash account, all within the Jeeves platform.
