Welcome to Jeeves, where we strive to make your travel experience even more enjoyable. As a Jeeves card holder, you have access to a variety of benefits and rewards, including our exclusive passport lounge access.
What lounges can I access?
Whenever you purchase air travel on Jeeves, you can be eligible for a lounge key that will grant you one-time access to over 1,300 lounges worldwide. This means that you can relax in a comfortable and quiet space before your flight, enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages, and take advantage of other amenities that each lounge offers.

How do I request a lounge pass?
To receive a lounge pass you must, not less than 3 business days before your intended travel email lounges@tryjeeves.com to request an access pass. You will receive an automated email with a link to our web portal. There, you will need to fill out a form for each lounge pass you need.
Important: Please note that you must email lounges@tryjeeves.com to initiate every new request. The form cannot be used on its own to submit a request.
The form will ask for the following information:
- The full name and email address of the lounge pass holder
- The date of the trip
- A screenshot from your Jeeves online dashboard showing that you have purchased the travel ticket on the Jeeves Card.
→ You can use the same screenshot for multiple requests as long as they are submitted on the same day.
*Please note that a travel confirmation from the travel provider will not be sufficient evidence that you have purchased the ticket on the Jeeves card.
*Please also note that we cannot guarantee access to passes if the request is received by Jeeves in fewer than 3 business days.
Lounge pass allowance and applicable charges
Each month, you can request up to 4 lounge passes free of charge. Any additional passes beyond this monthly allowance will be charged at 35 each.
The allowance resets at the beginning of each calendar month.
How will I receive my pass?
If you are eligible, you will receive a pass via email from Jeeves. The pass will contain a QR code which you must present at a participating lounge. Please note that your QR code will expire 3 months after it has been issued, so if you have not used it within 3 months, it will expire, and you can no longer use it. Jeeves will not be able to renew any expired passes.
Who is eligible?
To be eligible for the lounge access pass as a benefit, you must have a Jeeves card and purchase a flight costing $30 or more on the Jeeves card.
Please note that you will only be eligible to receive a lounge pass if you are a customer in good standing i.e. you do not have any outstanding debt on your account
Terms & Conditions
Please note, Lounge Key has its own LoungeKey terms and conditions which may be updated from time to time. Your use of the airport lounges is also subject at all times to the Jeeves Program Agreement. Failure to comply with such terms will result in you forfeiting your lounge access and may result in you being unable to redeem lounge passes from Jeeves in the future.
We reserve the right to extend this benefit on a case-by-case basis.
