Replace a Physical Card

Replacing a physical card is a simple process that can be done through the card details panel.
Just follow the steps below:

Replacing your physical card

  1. Log in to your account and head to the Cards section
  2. Click on the card ⇾ More Actions ⇾ Replace Card
  3. After selecting the Replace Card option, you will be asked to provide the delivery address for the new card and set a new PIN.

Please note:

  • Once you click on the Replace Card option, your old physical card will automatically be deactivated, and you won't be able to activate the card again.                    

  • When you replace a physical card, the new card will inherit the same limit and name as the previous card. However, it's important to note that any transaction history or spend on the previous card will be reset to zero upon the creation of the new card.

That's it! Your replacement card will be on its way to you.

Card delivery timeframe

Please be aware that the delivery time may vary depending on your location.
Typically, local delivery takes up to 5 business days, but it could take up to 2 weeks in certain regions or for international shipping.

Card Activation

After receiving the physical card, if you are based in BrazilColombiaMexico, or Canada, you will need to activate it. 

To activate your card after it has arrived, simply click on Activate Card and input the last four digits of the card to initiate spending.
